III. Data processing for the provision of the website

5. YouTube
Our website uses plugins of the Google-powered YouTube page. The site operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, you will be connected to the YouTube servers. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

6. Email Contact
A. Description and scope of data processing
On our website you can contact us via the e-mail address provided, e.g. kontakt@emutec.de. If a user makes use chooses this, the personal data transmitted with the e-mail, i.e. at least the e-mail address of the user, will be stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for the processing of the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is, with the presence of user consent, article 6 para 1 lit. A DSGVO.
The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 (1) lit. F DSGVO.

C. Purpose of data processing
In case of contact by e-mail, this also includes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

D. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is terminated. The conversation ends when it is clear from the circumstances that the facts concerned have been clarified.
The additional personal data collected during the submit operation will be deleted at the latest after a period of seven days.

E. Possibility of contradiction and removal
The user has the possibility at any time to revoke his consent to the processing of the personal data. If the user makes contact by e-mail with one of our provided e-mail addresses, they can object to the processing of their personal data at any time. In this case, the conversation is discontinued. All personal data stored in the course of contact will be deleted in this case.

Transfer of data in third countries
